They present our identity in the public domain and through them, our customers differentiates between the original and duplicate product copies circulating in the market on the false brand names.
The important thing to consider is that you should have the permission from SystMade to use SystMade trademarks or logos.
SystMade trademarks are among their most valuable intellectual property assets and we expect the users and all the people there to comply with the basic understanding or values to not infringe or direct their intention to damage the SystMade’s sole right on their intellectual properties and assets.

Guidelines should be followed
The guidelines mentioned below are for SystMade affiliates, licenses, authorized resellers, partners and other third parties interested to use SystMade Trademarks, service marks, or trade names (collectively grouped as “SystMade trademarks”).
SystMade Trademarks are in various forms and include words, logos, designs, slogans, colors, product shapes, product packaging, and sounds. Our trademarks include all registered or unregistered trademarks, including but not limited to those trademarks listed on the SystMade Trademarks List. Most of the trademarks are either: “word marks” or “logos” (for example: SystMade).
Third-party affiliates, licensees, partners, and resellers who possess current agreement providing authority to sell or promote SystMade products and services should refer to specific trademark usage guidelines provided in their respected agreement. If the agreement does not include trademark usage guidelines, then follow these guidelines.
Trademarks or logos should be used in a manner to benefit the SystMade in the long or short run and should not hamper or harm the business, social or ethical value of the SystMade.
The entities using SystMade trademarks should ensure that the usage is in the favor of SystMade and all the guidelines mentioned on the official website and on the agreement provided to them are followed.
