01. How to install SystMade’s Internet Security?

Follow these easy steps to install the Internet Security on your system.

Step 1

Open the official Website of SystMade i.e. https://www.systmadeinc.com.
Click on the ‘Free Download” option and fill in all the required information.
After filling out the information, click on “Download Now”.

Step 2

Wait for the 302 MB file to be downloaded on your system.
After the download is complete, open the file.

Step 3

Give permission to run the installation.
In case, a pop-up appears saying “Windows Protected Your PC”.
Click on “More info” and press “Run anyway”.
Installer will start installing the SystMade Internet Security software on your PC.
When the next pop-up appears, click on “Install”.

Step 4
Wait for few minutes till the installation is done.
Windows will ask permission to let Internet security make changes on your PC.
Grant the permission by clicking “Yes”.

Step 5
After the installation is complete, click on the “Close” button.
SystMade Internet security software is now installed on your PC.
You can open the software by clicking on the icon placed on your PC home screen.

03. How can I activate the license key on my free SystMade Internet Security product?

To activate the license key on the free Internet Security product, follow these 4 easy steps;
Step 1
Open SystMade by clicking on SystMade icon present on your desktop. By clicking on the icon, the program will open on your desktop. There, you will find “Support” as the bottom last option.
Step 2
Click “Support” and a page will open in front of you consisting of four options at the left corner of the screen.
Step 3
Press the license option present on the left side of the screen.
Step 4
Fill in all required details including the license key. You must fill in the right license key to activate your license so check twice before proceeding further.

Click “Activate”.

Your license key activation is complete now.

04. What if the License Key I am having is not working with my product?

In case your license key is not working then you can first uninstall the program and download and install again. Try to use the license key you have and see if this works. 05. How can I use Internet security with the same license key on my new computer?

Uninstall the Internet Security from the first system and download the Internet Security on the other system. Fill in the information including the license key and you will be able to use the product with the same license key.
06. How can I check the days and the status of protection on your system?

You can check the protection status by clicking on the system status under the support section.
07. I have installed Internet Security again. Do I need a new license key?

No. you don’t need a new license key as long as the validity of the license period is valid. If the subscription period of the license is completed then you need to renew your product.

01. How can I renew my Internet Security Pack?
To renew your Internet Security pack, you need to click support on the left side menu panel and go to license. Renew your license by filling up all the relevant details or just send us an email at info@systmadeinc.com.

The other way to auto-renew your internet security pack is to visit the official website of SystMade i.e. https://www.systmadeinc.com and find the account option. Under this option, you will find the auto-renewal settings.
- • Click auto-renewal settings and login or register yourself as the new user.
- • Fill in the required information and submit the details.
02. How will I get the information that my license is expiring?

You will be notified on the program dashboard about the status of protection. You can click on the support to know further details about your license validity details.
03. When I opened the program, it is showing your system is not protected but some moments ago, the license validity was 30 days ahead from the present date.

It may happen if you had shared your license key with someone and he/she has used this license key on their system.

04. What to do if I lost my license key?

05. How long does it take to renew the security after doing online payment?

Your security software product will be renewed as soon as the payment is processed and when done you will receive the new license key via email to your registered email address and also will be displayed on screen after payment success message. You then just need to go to the product on your PC and click “Support” button then “License” button and fill the details like your Name and email address and use the new license key you just received after the renewal payment and your product will be activated. 06. I have renewed my security pack well before the license expiration date. Will my remaining period added to the renewed pack?

Yes, your remaining period will be added to renewed security pack.
07. Is renewal or reactivation the same thing?

No, renewal and reactivation are two different things. You renew your pack when the validity of your license is expired and you reactivate your pack after reinstalling the Internet Security on your computer again.

We don’t recommend using two or more security products simultaneously on a single system as it may affect the functioning of each Antivirus and your system.
